Tennis Warehouse offers Priority Mail shipping via USPS to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico and Guam.

• This is the only shipping method available for customers with a military APO/FPO address or shipping to a P.O. Box.
• Orders containing only gift cards will be shipped free using USPS Priority Mail.
• Delivery to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is expected in 1-4 business days once the package departs our warehouse.
• Delivery to military APO/FPO address and Guam may take 3-6 weeks.
• Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.
• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. There will be a separate charge for each shipment, however, there will only be one shipping charge.
• United States Postal Service offers comprehensive tracking on their website. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

If you'd like to cancel your order, you may do so any time prior to the order being dispatched for shipment. In order to submit a cancellation request, please email our customer service team and include "cancel" as your email heading. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours letting you know if we were able to timely cancel your order. Once your order is in the fulfillment process, the order cannot be canceled.
