Terms and Conditions
What This Site Requires of You
Published: July 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the rules and expectations that govern your use of this website (the "Site"), an independent editorial and comparison resource covering Aviator, the crash-format multiplier game developed by Spribe, and the licensed casino operators through which the game is available to play. Accessing or using this Site in any capacity means you are accepting these Terms in their entirety and without reservation. If any provision conflicts with your expectations or intentions, you should stop using this Site.
There is one thing we want to be unambiguous about before anything else: this Site is not a gambling operator. It does not run Aviator, does not accept wagers of any kind, does not process financial transactions, and does not hold or manage player accounts or funds. Every betting activity connected to Aviator takes place on independently licensed casino platforms that have their own direct licensing relationship with Spribe. This Site's function is editorial and commercial in nature.
We have drafted these Terms with clear language as the goal. Dense legal prose that communicates nothing useful serves neither party. Questions about specific provisions can always be directed to us through the contact form.

// Who Can Use This Site
Access to this Site, and in particular any use of it as a step toward real-money play at a casino, is subject to the following conditions being genuinely and fully met by you at the time you access the Site:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal minimum gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is the higher of the two.
- Accessing gambling-related content and registering at an online casino is entirely lawful under every applicable law and regulation in the country, region, or locality where you are physically located at the time of access.
- You are not currently subject to any form of self-exclusion arrangement, court order, regulatory restriction, or other comparable legal barrier that would prevent you from lawfully gambling.
We have no means of independently confirming whether any visitor satisfies these conditions, and we do not attempt to verify them. The responsibility for meeting these requirements is yours personally, and it lies separately with the casino you eventually register at. Where we have reasonable cause to believe a visitor does not satisfy these conditions, we may restrict their access to the Site at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to explain our decision.
These conditions carry real weight in the context of what Aviator actually is. It is a real-money crash game in which a multiplier rises continuously from 1x and the player must choose to press Cashout before the crash happens or lose the round. That real-time decision – made under live pressure with real money at stake – requires adult judgment and a genuine understanding of what the player is choosing to engage with. We do not treat these eligibility conditions as procedural boxes to tick.
// What This Site Actually Does
We publish independent editorial content covering Aviator in practical depth. This includes: how the rising multiplier mechanic functions from 1x upward; how the Cashout button works and when it must be pressed to secure a win; the distinction between manual Cashout and the auto cashout option, and why the auto cashout matters as a risk management mechanism; how the Provably Fair verification system works and what players can independently confirm through it using cryptographic seed values and hash data; and what the 97% RTP figure means in realistic terms for long-run play. We also evaluate the casino operators that distribute Aviator and compare them against a defined set of criteria. The following is what this Site does not do, under any circumstances:
- It does not host, operate, or maintain any technical connection to the Aviator game or to any of Spribe’s gaming infrastructure.
- It does not receive, hold, process, transmit, or have any involvement in any financial transaction of any kind, including deposits, withdrawals, bets, or winnings.
- It does not create, view, administer, manage, or take any action in relation to any player account at any casino platform, anywhere.
- It does not warrant or represent that every casino distributing Aviator runs it under identical technical configurations, since individual operator builds can and do differ.
Spribe is the developer of Aviator and holds the intellectual property. Spribe operates under an MGA license. Each casino distributing the game holds its own separate regulatory license and bears full, exclusive, and non-delegable responsibility for the operation of all gambling activity on its platform, the management of player accounts, and the processing of all associated financial transactions. Nothing about this Site’s role or activities changes that allocation of responsibility in any way.
The practical consequence of this structure is straightforward: any problem you experience at a casino you found through this Site – whether that involves a round outcome you consider incorrect, a disputed withdrawal, a bonus that was not applied, or any other platform-level matter – must be directed to the casino concerned. This Site holds no player data and possesses no authority to investigate or resolve any such matter on a player’s behalf.
// How This Site Makes Money
This Site earns affiliate commissions when visitors we refer register at partner casinos and complete qualifying deposits. This is a standard model for independent gambling comparison publishers and it is the mechanism that allows all content on this Site to be freely readable by everyone.
The commission comes from the casino’s marketing budget. It adds nothing to what you pay and has no effect whatsoever on how Aviator runs for you. The multiplier behavior, the Cashout button mechanics, the auto cashout functionality, the Provably Fair system, and the 97% RTP are all characteristics established through Spribe’s licensing relationship with each casino. They are entirely independent of any referral arrangement involving this Site. You receive exactly the same playing conditions as someone who arrived at the same casino through a search engine result, a direct URL, or any other channel.
Commission arrangements have not and will not determine which casinos appear in our coverage, how those casinos are described, or what ratings we assign. Every casino we evaluate for Aviator coverage is assessed against a fixed set of criteria applied identically regardless of commercial terms: a current and verifiable regulatory license; bonus, withdrawal, and bet terms that are clearly written and comprehensible; a properly functioning Aviator integration including working Cashout mechanics, a functioning auto cashout option, and a genuine Provably Fair implementation; a working and accessible demo mode; mobile performance we have personally confirmed; and responsible gambling tools that are accessible within standard account settings. Any operator that does not meet every criterion is not listed here, regardless of what commercial terms it might be prepared to offer.
We also revisit listed operators on a rolling basis because conditions at casinos change. License status, withdrawal practices, responsible gambling tool accessibility, and the functioning of Aviator mechanics can all shift after an initial evaluation. Our listings are updated when material changes occur, independently of any existing commercial relationship with the operator.
// Who Owns What
Original editorial content on this Site – including written analysis, comparison frameworks, game explanations, structural design elements, and any original graphics – is owned by or licensed to the Site operator and protected under applicable copyright law. Reading it for personal, non-commercial purposes is freely permitted. Reproducing, scraping, republishing, or commercially distributing any part of it without the Site operator’s prior written permission is prohibited.
“Aviator” and “Spribe” are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site serves solely the purpose of enabling review and commentary on the game and its developer. Nothing on this Site implies any sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or approval by Spribe. All game artwork, branded visual elements, and design assets associated with Aviator remain the property of Spribe and appear on this Site only as permitted by fair-use principles applicable to independent review and criticism.
// How Accurate Is What We Publish
Our descriptions of Aviator are grounded in the information Spribe has published: a 97% RTP, a multiplier that rises from 1x, a player-controlled Cashout button as the primary exit mechanism, an auto cashout option that can eliminate the real-time exit decision by presetting a target multiplier, and a Provably Fair verification system allowing cryptographic confirmation of round outcomes. Spribe retains the right to update any aspect of the game at any time without prior notification to third-party publishers. Individual casino operators may also configure their specific Aviator distribution in ways that differ from those of other operators.
We cannot guarantee that every detail published on this Site precisely matches what a particular casino is running at the exact moment you access it. The 97% RTP is a long-run statistical average computed across an extremely large number of rounds and does not provide a reliable prediction for any individual session or any finite series of sessions. Nothing published on this Site constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or legal advice of any kind. We expressly disclaim liability for any decision made in reliance on information that was accurate when published but has subsequently been changed by Spribe or any casino operator.
One thing we state consistently and without variation across all Aviator content on this Site: the game has a player-controlled exit, and the auto cashout option provides a structured way to exercise that control before pressure builds during a round. Understanding both mechanics before depositing anywhere is the most useful preparation a prospective player can make.
// Provably Fair, Stated Plainly
Aviator’s Provably Fair system is a genuine and significant transparency feature. It allows any player to independently verify the fairness of any specific round outcome after that round has concluded, using the cryptographic seed values and hash data the platform makes available. This distinguishes Aviator from the overwhelming majority of casino games, where outcome fairness can only be assessed probabilistically across large samples, never verified on a round-by-round basis.
We describe how the verification system works, what it allows players to confirm, and why it matters as a feature. We do not implement it, operate it, or maintain any aspect of it. The cryptographic infrastructure underlying each round’s outcome is provided and maintained by Spribe. The verification tools accessible to players are provided by each individual casino operator. Questions or concerns about a specific round’s verification should go to the casino that ran that session.
// Links to Other Platforms
This Site contains links to independently operated casino platforms. We do not own, operate, or control any of those platforms and we accept no responsibility for their content, security practices, terms of service, customer service conduct, or general treatment of players. A link appearing on this Site is not an unconditional endorsement and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific experience.
We recommend independently reviewing any casino platform’s terms and verifying the currency of its regulatory license through the relevant authority before registering or depositing. Links may be added, modified, or removed at any time without advance notice.
// No Warranties Offered
This Site and all content published on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No representation or warranty is made that the Site will be continuously available, that all content will be complete and accurate at all times, that any linked casino platform will remain operational, or that information about Aviator will remain current following any changes made by Spribe or individual operators.
// Limits on Our Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator and all persons acting on its behalf bear no liability for any loss or damage of any kind – direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential – arising from: use of this Site or reliance on content published here; decisions to gamble based on information from this Site; any dispute, technical failure, financial loss, or account issue at a casino platform this Site does not operate; or the unavailability or discontinuation of any linked platform. Where mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction prevents the full exclusion of liability, our liability is capped at the minimum required by that law.
// A Word on Responsible Gambling
Aviator is designed so that the climbing multiplier makes it psychologically difficult to exit early. Every second of delay feels like an opportunity cost. This is the game’s deliberate design, not an incidental feature, and it creates a risk environment that is meaningfully different from most other casino formats. The auto cashout option is structurally valuable precisely because it converts a real-time decision made under pressure into a pre-session rational one. Pre-session limit-setting at the casino level – deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits – provides the framework within which individual rounds should be approached. GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org) provide free, confidential support. Our Responsible Gambling page goes into considerably more detail.
