Overview

Introducing one of the most arm-friendly racquets on the market. It's called the Triad Three, and it will give beginner and intermediate level players an outstanding combination of comfort and power. Thanks to its time-tested Triad Technology, this racquet features an ultra low stiffness rating and one of the industry's best technologies for reducing impact vibration. With its large 113 square inch head, the Triad Three provides a nice margin of error, ensuring that performance and comfort remain high when contact is less than perfect. The extra length (27.5") means that you'll be able to attack the ball with extra momentum, a fact that bodes well for those who want to hit with more power and spin. In addition to this racquet's luxurious Triad technology, it also comes with Power Holes, which enables the string bed to soak up additional vibration and transfer more power to your shot. From the baseline this racquet's head heavy balance gives it outstanding stability and comfort. Medium length strokes produce plenty of depth, with blistering pace available to those who swing this racquet fast. At net this stick feels stable against pace and it provides a generous platform for making clean contact with the ball. The extended length makes for easy net clearance and massive power on serves. Players who place a premium on comfort and power should take a serious look at the Wilson Triad Three.

Power, Precision and big Sweet SpotI'm 77 but am in excellent shape. I'm 4.0 player playing against guys 10-15 years younger and winning my share doubles sets. Not as strong as I used to be. That's why I love this racquet. Big sweet spot allows for easier pickup of short hops and in the air shots blasted at me when I am inside the baseline and at the net. Good touch and control. Provides extra power with less effort on serve and ground strokes. And lots of power when you can step into the shot. In sum, if you have good legs and are a mover who would like a little more controllable power from the racquet, this is a good choice.

Light and powerful racquetI chose a poly blend string set in the middle of the recommended tension range. This racquet has a large sweet spot and is very powerful. Almost hard to control the power it produces. I have a hard time getting the ball deep in the court. This racquet drives my balls so far with minimal effort. Now I can focus on my technique and not power. Also the racquet is longer than the standard size giving you an extended reach for those difficult ally shots. I am enjoying playing with this racquet and am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend testing before buying to see if this racquet is right for you.

Old style head heavy doubles racquetI was a Hyper Hammer and its successors fan for years, strung with a really tight multi string. I switched to this racquet with a nice popular poly in it strung at a lot less tension. I am going on three years now. I play 4.0-4.5 tennis, it's great when you need to block and the poly really help put spin on the ball. There really aren't a lot of head heavy options left out there, so if you like those, you need to try this racquet.

Great I got tremendous feel with this racquet. Especially when I strung it at 38 pounds. It is absolutely perfect. I did not lose any control and only gained power and control.

Love the power and it's easy on the armI have been playing with the Triad 2.0 since 2003. It is so easy on my arm. I have had wrist and elbow surgery and frequent bouts with shoulder issues. I finally switched to the Triad 3 and I love it. At first it hurt my wrist, but I built up the grip. Because it is head heavy I added tape near the handle and that fixed the problem. No more wrist pain. I am playing great with this racket!

Surprisingly accurate & silly powerfulI bought the Triad 3 for wife, to replace her BLX 3, the precursor of the T-3. She didn't like it. Since introduced, I was playing with the Pro Staff 97 and loved it. But after I tried the Triad 3, I was amazed at how much more forgiving it was compared to the PS. At 50 lbs it has great power and accuracy. Never thought I'd go bigger, but it sure seems to be working. Love it!

Comments: It's really nice on the hand; in fact, the best. Don't feel pain. It's very light and maneuverable, but also very powerful. The ball flies, so you need to have a gentle touch.
