This affordable racquet provides a great entry point into Babolat's legendary combination of speed, power and spin

This racquet comes pre-strung for added convenience and value!

One of the best values in Babolat's racquet line, the Boost Strike has a seductive combination of speed, power and spin. At 10.6 ounces (strung), this racquet is not only light enough for beginners and rising juniors, but it should also work well for the intermediate player who wants a light option. With its explosive acceleration and grippy 16x19 string pattern, the Boost Strike will give you very easy access to spin. The 102 square-inch head is not only forgiving and lively, but it also feels wonderfully crisp and precise on full swings. Technologies include Babolat's time-tested Woofer grommet system, Babolat adds some extra comfort and power to the stringbed. On the court, the Boost strike feels fast and powerful  and there's enough spin to bring the ball down hard. At net, the Boost Strike combines user-friendly speed with a solid and powerful feel. The speedy feel is also an asset on serves, where this stick explodes through contact to offer plenty of pop and easy targeting. Bargain hunters looking for impressive all-around playability should give this stick a serious look.

Comments: I can say this racquet had a nice spot dead center. You cannot feel any reverberation at the sweetspot. The only issue is near the top of the racquet it reverberates really bad. Add a dampener on the racquet to reduce noise. Swing paths are nice for one handed forehand and backhand. Balls stay really low. I need to add more power and weight through a double backhand shot. There is a nice float spot in ball trajectory making it harder for opponents to read the balls spin. On serves I get effortless power. This grip makes it easy to read the edge of your racquet which is important. I was surprised at the playability at this price range. I'm a county tennis instructor and definitely recommend it for anyone in the intermediate range of play. You need good foundation of swing paths to utilize this racquet fully. Full swings otherwise there is no weight given to the ball. I don't recommend this for newer players because the usage of swing paths, noise, and discomfort from the top of the racquet where newer players tend to play at.

Comments: I bought this racquet as a demo racquet. I've only started playing tennis this year and I've been using an old racquet this whole time. The first time that I used this racquet, it felt amazing. The hits feel very nice and natural. You don't need to put a lot of power into it. I would highly recommend this racquet to someone who is new like me. It's not too expensive and it works very well.

Comments: I have been playing with this racquet for about 6 months, and I love it! It can create lots of topspin. And it has been a big pleasure using this racquet!

Comments: At the existing spec, this is a good frame for beginners and intermediates. However, the racquet flies under the radar as a platform for customization. I recently demo'd this frame and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the sweetspot. Yes, it was a bit unstable at times, but I miss the feeling of a 100% graphite racquet. It was perfectly adequate from the baseline. A bit erratic at net due to its superlight weight. Add some weight in the hoop and put on a leather grip. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how good this frame is.

Comments: Demoing this and a few other sticks for a week. Used it tonight and the others, put the two Wilsons back in the box, will only use this and the other Babolat for the rest of the time. My normal Babolat 105 is about an ounce lighter, and between the heavier weight and smaller head, this one really helped put more MPH on my serve, more heaviness on my shots and had the other players ask what I was doing differently getting more power. And, for $99, can't go wrong in my humble opinion.

Comments: I love this racquet! I got it this week and started using it for my high school tennis team! It has so much power and I can definently tell how much the accuracy of my shots has improved. It's pretty light, and I also love the whole design it's very stylish and sturdy! I really like this racquet and I totally reccomend it for anyone becoming an intermediate player! Definently worth the money!
