Better than the Gamma cutterI got a cutter with my Gamma machine but it doesn't cut flush because the 2 sharp edges come in direct contact with each other. This leaves "mushroom" tops on the strings edges and its annoying when they snag something. This cutter's edges are offset from each other so that when it is completely closed, the edges just miss each other, resulting in a clean cut.

Xuron Flush CutterPerfect size cutter for my stringing table. It cuts a really nice diagonal edge that leaves a sharp pointed end that goes through grommets smoothly!
Best string cutters everI’ve used these for years and years. When mine broke I had to use regular wire cutters and I hated them. The Xuron cutters are the best by far.

Comments: This is a great cutter. I use a diagonal cutter for cutting out stringbeds, but I use this cutter for everything else. This is great for cutting string at a point to get it through blocked and shared holes.
