Similiar to gold but slicker.Been an avid user of 4G gold as a cross to gut and/or poly and decided to try the new bronze color. To the touch it feels slicker and seems to have a coating on it which in turn should generates more snapback/spin potential. Still testing my initial set now but both play/feel similar. I do notice that the bronze does seem to hold tension longer than the gold.
