Overview
This thin version of V-Torque Tour has great feel for a co-poly string. In addition to its thin profile, this co-poly has a twisted, six-sided profile. The result is a grippy string that delivers huge spin potential. Although it has slightly less durability than the thicker gauges, this string's combination of comfort, spin and precision is very hard to beat. Ideal for players who like attacking the ball. Did we mention the spin potential?

Comments: This 18 gauge string is my go to string after trying most co-polys made by Volkl, Wilson, Solinco, and Lux. I'm used to the power of a multi and this one has more power than almost any good co-poly. I need control and this one has more than any multi and has more than most co-polys. I string my own racquets, so I can afford to string every two weeks. I have had tennis elbow and this string does not aggravate even when strung in the mid 50 pound range. I'm not a big spin player, but need enough to dig low balls up over the net. I bought a 660' reel. My only complaint is color. White string is fine, but a fun color would be nice too.

Comments: Liked this string, too much power for me though. I strung it at 50 lbs in a Wilson Ultra Tour and found myself having to dial it back to keep it in the court. Great spin and comfy for a poly, just a little too much juice. Maybe in a 16 or 17 gauge the power would be more manageable. Overall, I would recommend this string if you're looking for power and great spin! But if you're looking for a deader poly, I'd string this a little tighter than usual or go for something like Hyper-G.
