This is the thinnest version of Volkl Cyclone and it offers maximum spin and feel. A must hit for the player who wants a thin gauge co-poly with surgical precision.

Great StringI have tried RPM, Lux, and others - I keep going back to this 19 gauge Cyclone. It has great spin, touch, control and power... I use it in a heavy Head Gravity. Surprisingly - it lasts longer than you would expect and seems to hold tension well.

Tension decision is trickyThis was my first time stringing with 19 gauge strings. I wasn't sure to increase or deduct stringing tension when I placed the order. I went with a recommended racquet tension optimum playing suggestion, and find the strings are looser than expected. I am happy with the grab for spin feature, but the loose feel to the strings either mean they keep on stretching too easily or 19 gauge strings need to be strung tighter than thicker strings. I will need to cut these out and try another string/tension combo.

Reliable thin polyOld and proven super thin poly. Drops tension like 20% in first day but holds good after. I use a full bed at 48 pounds on Yonex VCore 98.

Tp tennisGood ball pocketing and feel. Not stiff at all. Not a string breaker so lasts good. I do al my own stringing. Thin gauges play better in polys. Price good for a nice co poly.
PlayerPower and spin!
Great price- better performanceHave been stringing for USTA team in SC who are back-to-back State Champs for their age/rating level. Hybrid this string in the mains for CRAZY spin/power for several of their baseline bashers! String lasts about 6 weeks max depending on playing schedules, but price point is outstanding!!! Soft enough to keep arm/shoulder issues at bay too.
I strung my personal racquet with the Vokyl Cyclone 19 gauge, stringing a little higher than recommended, at 57 lbs. It felt great in the 3 matches I've played in the last three weeks and the 15 tennis lessons I've given! I have had so little movement on the string bed that I'm wonderfully impressed. With the added texture of the string, I can hear an audible difference on shots I produce with heavy spin. So far, it's doing everything I expected perfectly.
Spin and Arm FriendlySpin, arm friendly, affordable, good control but, just ok for durability.
Tom - FloridaQuite strong and resilient. Has good feel and as other reviews have said, does not move much at all. Good price point. I do all my own stringing on a commercial grade machine. One 3.0 reviewer said the string lasted 65 minutes. Something wrong with that picture. Sounds like a bad string job or even a weak spot in the string. I tear it out before it breaks. 19L gauge anyone??
a good findOne of the best polys I have used. Love the spin and feel. I string at 48 lbs in a Radical. Soft with tons of spin. I really like the dwell on the racquet these string provide.

Comments: This is a great string for spin, feel, control, and comfort. Great durability and tension maintenance too.

Comments: The TW reviewers stated that this string has less control than a traditional polyester. That is no joke! I strung this up at 53 pounds in a low-powered 12 oz. 96 square inch frame and I had to really crank topspin to keep the ball in even though the stringbed felt really stiff. After three sets, I was still unable to flatten a ball out and keep it in. The upside is that it is very soft and that you can generate a ton of spin; but short backswing only. If you have a big backswing, this is not your thread.

Comments: I enjoyed the string for the first 2 hours. Great spin, feel, controllable power, comfort and it made the racquet much more headlight which I enjoyed. Sometimes it would launch the ball if you didn't hit exactly with the right amount of spin. After the first 2 hours this symptom was much more frequent and after the fourth hour this basically happened all the time. I'm a 4.0 and strung it in a Babolat Pure Aero at 52 lbs. I actually love this string set up for the racquet, however it only lasted 2 hours for me.
