This innovative poly/poly hybrid is the string of choice for rising ATP phenom, Karue Sell

Designed in collaboration with rising ATP phenom, Karue Sell, K-Pop combines two of Toroline's most popular co-polys: Wasabi and Caviar. In addition to outstanding spin potential, this hybrid offers impressive command over the ball's trajectory and depth. With Wasabi in the mains, K-Pop clutches the ball with extremely sharp teeth, while also sliding very effectively on the Caviar cross strings (think snapback). Ultimately, there is a reason why Karue loves this combo - it enables him to place the ball effectively on his biggest, most powerful strokes. It also features one of the coolest color schemes we've seen in a while.

Note: Toroline single sets come pre cut in 2 half sets; this makes it faster for the stringer & 2 piece is the ATP/WTA tour standard; plus this is an easy way to create hybrids!

Outstanding String! Durable and lots of Pop!I've been using Solinco Hyper-G 17 for the last several years and enjoyed the spin, pop, and control I would get. However, I felt the tension maintenance was lacking. I tried the Toroline K-Pop and fell in love. Very similar qualities but the color adds something to the look and the tension maintenance seems to be much better. I try and hit hard with lots of spin and after 12 hours the string is still performing excellent! I will be switching permanently to K-Pop.

Incredible feel, more durability desiredStarting with the good. The strings are incredibly soft but grip the ball wonderfully. I’m a 5.5 USTA rating, hitting with a Tecnifibre 305 with a bunch of added weight. Safe to say I could take huge cuts at the ball without it sailing out. I was getting great feel of the string bed off of every stroke. I especially liked slicing with this string. The Wasabi mains grabbed the ball on every slice, drop shots and volleys felt great and there was actual decent pocketing off of ground strokes. Where this string fell incredibly short was durability. First two hitting sessions were great and I put about four to five hours on the strings. Two days later, they lost a lot of tension and popped. For value, I’m not super disappointed but I wish they retained their playability for a bit longer. The ball sprayed a bit towards the end of their life and then the Wasabi mains snapped. Overall, loved the feel of the strings and the playability was great when they were first strung but they simply don’t last long if you’re someone who hits a super heavy ball. Pleased, but the durability almost negates the value.
