Overview
Introducing Caviar 17! Like the thicker 16L version, this string's grippy shape and robust 'snapback' make it great for hitting spin-loaded balls that drop hard and explode off the court. What separates it from its thicker sibling is a slight boost in comfort and power. But make no mistake, this is a control-oriented poly that will keep your biggest, most powerful strokes inside the lines.
Note: Toroline sets come pre-cut in 2 half sets, which means they cannot be strung as 1pc.

Great stringSpin, comfort, above average tension maintained—what more could you ask for?
I’m now playing better tennis with Caviar.I’ve tried a whole bunch of small-brand strings from YouTube, and among them, Toroline Caviar works the best with my Blade 100. I feel like I have more control on my first flat serve and can generate more spin on both my backhand and forehand. This string provides firm control, unlike anything I’ve experienced with other strings. Before this, my go-to strings were Babolat RPM 17 and Hyper-G 17. As a low 4.5 player, I’m now playing better tennis with Caviar.

Performance & DurabilityYonex Percept 100D at 52 pounds. Comfortable, controllable power, just the right amount of bite on full swings, touch at the net and incredible tension maintenance. Seven hours of hard match play and holding steady at 47 pounds. Wish the feel was a tad more crisp, but that’s me being super picky. Best value / performance string on the market. Previously a die hard Poly Tour Pro (Yellow) player for many years. Caviar is what I always wished PTP could be.

My favorite cross string...I've been using this 17 gauge Caviar as a cross string for about a year and half now. I often pair it with Toroline Wasabi (another great string!) for a little more softness/power in the string bed. Caviar allows the main, Wasabi in this case, to snapback with ease. Also, Toroline's strings have exceptional longevity. I rarely break one of these guys and when I do it's after my main has worn through a good portion of the cross. They keep snapping back until that moment, though!
