Overview

Maximizing power and feel with their TNT2 technology, Gamma offers this multifilament with playability in mind. One of the softest and most comfortable versions of TNT2, this extremely arm-friendly string is a great option for the player who wants easy depth on short strokes. Players with longer, faster strokes will find blistering pace with this string. Not only is this great in a full bed, we also recommend this string in a hybrid where it adds instant comfort and pop. Try this 17 gauge version for extra spin and feel.

  • Gauge: 17/1.27mm
  • Length: 40ft/12.2m

Comments: I did not have trouble with this string losing tension in the crosses with ALU Power in mains, but I did have trouble on return of serve in open stance getting the ball over net. Didn't seem to have as much control on returns in full bed of polly and approach volleys often flew out of court, but had great control in baseline rallies. Overall great string. I am going to try it in the mains with a hefty dampener.

Comments: Using this for the crosses in my hybrid with Babolat Hurricane Feel 17g for the mains. So far it's working out lovely. Nice pop from the TNT and great spin from the Hurricane strung at 51 lbs on my AeroPro Drive. I have my other stick strung with a full bed of Volkyl Cyclone 18g and I prefer the hybrid set up. I get an equal amount of spin and the extra pop I want for serves. Definitely would recommend this string in a hybrid application.

Comments: Super arm friendly, but loses tension fast. I never broke the string, but afterabout four hours I could not keep the ball on the court. I wish it held tension longer becauseI love the feel. Not worth the constant re-stringing. I made the move to natural gut. More expensive, but it works out better in the long run. Almost a great string....almost.

Comments: Pretty good string, the ball flies on me a bit but overall the control is pretty good and the power is excellent.
