Not a bad string for the priceI was looking for 660' reels of plain synthetic gut. I have always used Gosen OG Sheep Micro, but per the TW String Performance Database, I decided to try Babolat Synthetic due to the high spin potential (6.0). My players and I didn't notice any significant spin enhancement. It's not a bad string, but I'm going to stick with the Gosen that has been my go-to string for many years.

It’s not what I wanted, but it could beI bought this product because I thought it would give me amazing snapback and spin (issue with only using data for ideas). While it wasn’t great at giving spin and snapback, it did perform as a synthetic gut could and gave me more power. Not for a cross in a poly/synth hybrid unless you want to adjust 300 strings in a match.

Previous Feedback

Comments: As a senior, long time player, I have tried most of the so-called top flight strings from natural gut to the highest rated multifilament strings. Also tried expensive racquets over the years. I currently play with a discontinued Babolat Drive Max 110, a $99.00 racket. It's restrung with the same cheap Spiraltek synthetic gut it came with. I do so because it's the best feeling string for power and comfort I've ever found.

Comments: Supposedly this is the Spiraltek string that has been re-named to replace Babolat's plain synthetic gut. Great string that does everything decently. Is more on the controlled, crisp side for synthetic gut or multifilament strings, but still has adequate power, good comfort, and feel. Can't beat the value.
